Key Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports and management accounts.
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
Handle GST reporting and support corporate tax and statutory reporting requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries and other external service providers.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices and expense claims.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant Singapore regulatory requirements.
Assist with payroll, CPF and other HR-related administrative matters when required.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the company where necessary.
Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, reports and other assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in handling full sets of accounts is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Responsible, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
