Job Summary
Provide administrative and property-related support to ensure smooth operations in real estate transactions, client communications, and property management activities.
Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence to facilitate effective communication with clients, tenants, and vendors
Manage and organize files and databases to maintain accurate records and easy retrieval of information
Schedule appointments and meetings to support team coordination and client engagements
Perform data entry and maintain records to ensure up-to-date and accurate documentation
Assist with property listings and sales transactions to support the sales process
Prepare and process real estate documents such as contracts and leases to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate property viewings and inspections to facilitate client and tenant access
Maintain property records and databases to support property management activities
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders to support business growth and satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures to enhance task accuracy and efficiency
Customer service experience to improve client interactions and issue resolution
