Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, driven Senior Executive to shape our brand’s voice on social media and engage consumers across Singapore in ways that build lasting brand affinity. You’ll bring a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts and influencer marketing programmes, and a proven track record of turning content into real engagement and growth. Based in Singapore, this role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about social media trends, content creation, and influencer marketing, and who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution: Translate the social media strategy into actionable plans and drive execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Influencer Marketing Management: Identify and engage the right creators, negotiate terms, manage briefings and deliverables, and track campaign performance and ROI.
• Content Creation: Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms, including filming and editing as needed.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
• Community Management: Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise content and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns end-to-end, including paid promotions.
• Agile Adaptation: Adapt tactics and content quickly to real-time performance data and evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably for consumer brands.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, negotiation, and campaign management, is preferred.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas that are practical and easily executable, from concept to final cut.
• Deep, up-to-date understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and their respective best practices.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) is a plus.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and social media developments.
• Hands-on photo/video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe) are a big plus.
• Experience in the Singapore market is highly preferred.
