The Role

• Support end-to-end HRIS implementation from vendor selection through to go-live
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT and leadership to define system requirements
• Manage and coordinate relationships with external vendors and implementation partners
• Oversee data integrity, system configuration and user readiness throughout the project
• Drive adoption and engagement with new HR technology across the organisation
