As a Senior Programme Manager (Content & Collaboration Systems), you will shape the strategy, design, and enterprise-wide delivery of MINDEF/SAF platforms that enable knowledge management, document lifecycle governance, modern workplace collaboration, and intelligent enterprise search capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders and industry partners, you will drive digital workplace initiatives that are secure, user-centric, and resilient to support mission success.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and Delivery: Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps for enterprise content management (ECM), knowledge management (KM), enterprise search, and digital collaboration platforms aligned with MINDEF/SAF’s digital workplace strategy.
- Portfolio & Programme Governance: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
- Content Architecture: Design enterprise content architecture, including information taxonomy, metadata standards and document lifecycle.
- Enterprise Search: Drive the adoption of modern enterprise search capabilities, including semantic and AI-assisted search, to improve knowledge discovery and information accessibility.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of IT experience managing large-scale enterprise IT programmes or digital workplace transformations initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise content management, knowledge management, intranet, or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint/Microsoft 365, OpenText, Confluence, or custom enterprise search solutions).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Experience managing or delivering with Whole-of-Government (WOG) and/or MINDEF/SAF IT systems will be an advantage.
