Full Time Business Developer Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Kamlax Global Technologies SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our Malaysia team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing existing merchant accounts, acquiring new business opportunities, and supporting merchants throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in building the Malaysia business and leading the team as the operation expands.

About the Role

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Malaysia merchant accounts, acting as their primary point of contact
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia's F&B and Retail sectors
• Conduct onsite sales visits, demos, and consultations with prospective merchants
• Install and configure POS hardware and software for new customers onsite
• Onboard new merchants and ensure a smooth go-live experience
• Proactively maintain customer relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
• Handle customer queries and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to the product and support teams based on merchant needs
• Lead and manage the team as it expands.

Key Competencies

• Proven sales or account management experience (POS, payments, or SaaS industry highly regarded)
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Comfortable with hands-on technical work (hardware setup/installation)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule/territory

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
