Full Time Data Management cum Live Host Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Brithouz Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident individual to join our team as a Data Management cum Live Host. This role primarily focuses on managing sales data, reports and administrative tasks, with approximately 20% involvement in live hosting.

Job Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting (Primary Role)

• Manage, update and maintain sales data accurately.
• Perform accurate customer data entry and maintain an updated customer databas
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Compile and organize data from multiple sales channels.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing and data confidentiality.
• Assist with CRM/database updates and other administrative tasks.
• Support the Sales Team with data-related and operational tasks when required.
• Ensure all data and reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Live Hosting – Approx. 20%

• Conduct live selling sessions on TikTok/Shopee or other platforms as scheduled.
• Present and demonstrate products confidently during live sessions.
• Engage with viewers and respond to basic product enquiries.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, promotions and products effectively.
• Work together with the Sales & E-commerce Team to support live sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good with numbers, data entry and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work with deadlines.
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of camera.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, sales reporting or live hosting is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
