About the Role
We’re hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales to join our team. This is a customer-facing role focused on achieving sales targets through outstanding service, deep product knowledge, and efficient multitasking. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, confident in handling high-volume footfall, and committed to maintaining showroom excellence and process integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual sales targets
Actively promote products through cross-selling and upselling
Ensure timely counter set-up, clean displays, and product care
Handle tele-calling, customer queries, and assist with promotional campaigns
Participate in stock monitoring, physical stock-taking, and reporting
Support colleagues during festivals and peak hours
Explain product features with clarity while ensuring compliance with SOPs
Maintain grooming standards and uphold showroom presentation at all times
Manage backend processes and documentation alongside front-end sales
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in jewellery/retail)
Strong communication and product presentation skills
Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Attention to detail and commitment to SOP adherence
Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor
Integrity, accountability, and customer-first mindset
