Responsibilities
Assist customers with bookings, walk-ins, and ticketing services.
Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and mileage redemptions.
Provide support to customers, travel agents, and corporate clients via phone/email.
Maintain customer accounts and frequent flyer profiles.
Share promotions and help with programme enrolments.
Handle customer feedback and provide solutions with backend support.
Contribute to sales leads, process improvements, and smooth operations.
Requirements
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and reservation/ticketing systems
Strong attention to detail
