Prepare & analyse project costing, including actuals vs. budget variances
Manage monthly forecasts for suppliers, subcontractors, expenses & staff claims
Ensure compliance with accounting practices, policies & procedures
Prepare, file & reconcile quarterly GST returns
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using XERO
Record accounting transactions (AP, bank reconciliations, petty cash)
Liaise with vendors & internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
Handle license renewals & assist with audit/compliance matters
Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
1–2 years’ experience in accounting or finance support
Strong understanding of accounting processes & procedures
High attention to detail & accuracy
Able to multitask & manage competing priorities effectively
