Job Scope:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students in the centre.
Guide students with homework, revisions, and enrichment activities.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate programmes, games, and learning activities.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Assist in daily operations, including attendance taking, meal supervision, and centre cleanliness.
Communicate with parents and teachers regarding students’ progress or concerns.
Support the lead teacher and management in administrative or ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in student care, tuition, or teaching is an advantage.
Passionate about working with children and nurturing their growth.
Patient, caring, and able to manage groups of students effectively.
