Industries : Precision (Metal Stamping)
Job Scope:
Tool Fabrication & Assembly: Manufacture and assemble 3D stamping tools, ensuring they meet design and dimensional requirements.
Tool Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing worn or damaged tools.
Tool Design Collaboration: Work with Design and Production teams to improve tool design for easier manufacturing and maintenance.
Trial & Tuning: Conduct tool try-outs, adjust settings, and optimize press parameters for quality parts.
Quality & Documentation: Verify tools against drawings and inspections, and maintain tool history and maintenance records.
Job Requirements:
Technical Certificate or Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with progressive stamping tools.
Able to work 12-hour shifts as required (vice versa).
