Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of Buildings
Position Title: Accounts & HR Admin Executive
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + HP Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, petty cash, and journal entries.
Prepare supplier and subcontractor payments with proper documentation and approvals.
Assist in progress claims, client invoicing, and payment collection follow-ups.
Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Assist with GST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
Handle general office administration.
Provide admin support to project and design teams and coordinate meetings for management.
Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, process payroll, CPF, leave, and attendance.
Coordinate with project teams on subcontractor payments and project accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software such as Xero experience is an advantage.
