Full Time Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Maxbond Singapore Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Project administration and documentation including prepare monthly progress claim, submission claim for VO and final account for closure of account, etc.
• Taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
• Monitor progress claim, project costs, variations and resolve claim issues with clients.
• Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included.
• Monitor the projects’ usage of material against the budgeted quantity.
• Attend to site surveys whenever necessary
• Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing system.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions.
• Maintain CAD standards and proper documentation of drawing revisions.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
• Experience working in waterproofing subcontractor companies.
• Meticulous and good analytical ability.
• Work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
