Full Time Building Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in KIP Property Services Selangor - Maukerja

1. To carry out routine inspection, monitoring and maintenance of air-conditioning systems and equipment, including AHU, FCU, split units and other related systems.

2. To perform basic troubleshooting and rectification for air-conditioning issues such as abnormal temperature, water leakage, poor airflow, unusual noise and equipment malfunction.

3. To monitor the operating condition and performance of air-conditioning systems and ensure the systems are functioning efficiently and within the required temperature settings.

4. To carry out basic servicing and maintenance works for air-conditioning equipment, including cleaning of filters, checking of belts, motors, drain pipes, thermostats and other related components.

5. To monitor and follow up on air-conditioning breakdowns and recurring issues, including coordinating with appointed contractors for major repair or servicing works where required.

6. To check and monitor air-conditioning complaints from tenants, occupants and common areas, and ensure timely investigation and rectification.

7. To assist in monitoring the energy consumption and operational efficiency of air-conditioning systems and highlight any abnormalities or potential issues to the superior.

8. To ensure all air-conditioning maintenance and repair works are carried out safely and in accordance with the required standards and building requirements.

9. To assist in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of other building systems and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, fire alarm system, PA system, mechanical ventilation and other general building matters.

10. To attend to general building maintenance issues and carry out basic handyman works when required.

11. To assist contractors during inspection, servicing, repair and maintenance works, and verify that the completed works are properly carried out.

12. To respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues outside of routine activities when required.

13. To maintain proper records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, breakdowns, repairs and follow-up actions.

14. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
