Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently.
• Attend to feedback or complaints from tenants, clients or building users.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure the facilities, equipment and building systems are in good working order.
• Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests.
• Supervise vendors/Contractors on routine & ad-hoc works during and after office hours.
• Assist on logistics and events support.
• Meters reading (e.g. Electricity, Water and BTU)
• Assist in incident reporting.
• Cover duties for Fire Command Centre
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisors.

About You

• Nitec Certificate in Building Works, Electrical / Electronics, Air conditioning servicing and/or Plumbing and Sanitary or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Team player
• CERT Trained (Preferred but not compulsory)
