Considering a career change? SP-Lotus has four training places available in this intake with AIA Singapore. You will receive structured training, examination support and practical guidance through joint fieldwork.

This is a sales and advisory career requiring active prospecting and consistent follow-up. There is no fixed basic salary. Eligible recruits may receive conditional EPS allowances alongside commissions.

Support that goes beyond the classroom

• An assigned manager accompanies you to every client appointment, providing guidance through joint fieldwork.
• Structured training and support through the required examinations, certification and appointment process.
• Examination-fee reimbursement, subject to the applicable conditions.
• Access to optional paid leads.

You will also need to actively prospect, arrange appointments and follow up consistently. After completing the required appointment process, your work will involve understanding clients’ needs, providing suitable financial advice and maintaining ongoing relationships.

How the income works

There is no fixed basic salary. Earnings come from commissions, with additional EPS allowances available to eligible recruits under an approved scheme.

EPS eligibility and allowance tiers depend on experience, qualifications and approval. Higher tiers carry higher production requirements. Training, performance and payment conditions apply, including potential repayment obligations upon early termination. The applicable terms will be explained before you commit.

Entry requirements

You should hold completed GCE A-Levels meeting the applicable entry requirements, an IB Diploma, a Singapore polytechnic diploma, or a university degree or equivalent qualification accepted by AIA. Qualifications and appointment eligibility will be verified.

You must have the necessary authorisation to undertake this role in Singapore. We do not sponsor or apply for work passes or work authorisation.

Full-time commitment is preferred; other arrangements can be discussed.
