Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Minimum internship duration is 6 months

The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and project team in coordinating, monitoring, and documenting project activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

•  Assist the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
•  Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, action lists, and completion status.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Arrange meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Follow up on outstanding actions with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain proper filing and control of project documents.
• Assist with quotations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on delivery, documentation, and project requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses, claims, and budget-related documentation.
• Support customer and stakeholder communication where required.
• Assist in preparing project handover, acceptance, UAT, warranty, and closure documents.
• Ensure all project records are complete, updated, and properly archived.
