Full Time Drafter - Aluminum Formwork Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in HR Property Developer Melaka - Maukerja

Job Functions

• Prepare and develop Aluminum Formwork (Aluform) shop drawings based on structural and architectural drawings.
• Produce detailed formwork layouts, assembly drawings, sections and fabrication drawings for site execution.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, architectural and M&E requirements to identify and resolve clashes.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments and design changes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Min 2years' experience in construction drafting, preferably with Aluminum Formwork / Aluform.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Good understanding of structural drawings, formwork systems, construction methods and dimensional coordination.
• Detail-oriented with good technical communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
