Role Description The Future Leaders Program at The Bee Malaysia is a full-time hybrid role based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Participants will support and eventually lead client-facing activities, including understanding client needs, providing guidance on life planning and financial solutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program tasks and timelines, assisting in organizing training sessions for team members, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the agency. Future Leaders will collaborate with senior team members on projects, analyze performance data to inform decisions, and help build long-term relationships with clients and partners. The role is designed to develop leadership, business acumen, and client management capabilities within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong program management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks or initiatives.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Experience or interest in training and coaching, with the ability to share knowledge and support team development.
• Customer service skills focused on building trust, understanding needs, and delivering a positive client experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office in Shah Alam and remote work).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to challenges, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, finance, or a related field is beneficial; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Interest in life planning, financial services, or entrepreneurship is an advantage.
