Job Scope:

• Database Housekeeping (Organise and remove data that does not meet IM requirement, update current donation excel for import to database),
• Email coordination (Calendar, year-end greetings etc),
• Researching for materials in preparation for client's anniversary publicity 2027
• Help with General Mailbox queries.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 5.30pm Fridays.
Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens
Salary: $14-18/H
Duration: Oct 26 to Feb 27

Requirements:
Prior admin experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
