Responsibilities
Able to conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, client needs (e.g., corporate, commercial, events, digital content), and emerging opportunities in videography.
Significantly improve profitability, client satisfaction, and market reach in the creative and educational services sector. Deeply understand client's marketing goals, brand identity, target audience, and communication challenges to propose effective and innovative video solutions. Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the pre-production and sales phases.
Learn on proactively generate new leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, industry events, referrals and online platforms.Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the company's creative vision, technical capabilities, and how video solutions can meet their specific marketing or communication objectives. Conduct contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, and close deals.
Trainee will be able to develop skills in business development and strategic partnerships at a corporate level. Understanding of investment ecosystems, corporate structuring, and cross-industry collaboration. Ability to develop and manage long-term referral and partnership ecosystems
Make informed decisions, enhance customer experience, and optimize sales strategies, driving sustainable business growth through optimization and accountability. Using CRM tools to prepare and present regular, comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
