1. TikTok Shop Operations

• Manage daily TikTok Shop operations including product listings, pricing, inventory, vouchers and promotions.
• Ensure product information, images, pricing and campaign mechanics are accurate and updated.
• Monitor store health, violations, fulfillment performance, ratings and other operational metrics.
• Coordinate stock availability and replenishment with warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot order, listing, pricing and platform-related issues.

2. Campaign & Commercial Execution

• Set up and execute TikTok campaigns, platform promotions, flash deals, vouchers and bundle offers.
• Coordinate participation in major campaigns such as Double-Digit, Payday and Mega Campaigns.
• Ensure campaign submissions, pricing and inventory are completed according to deadlines.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve GMV and conversion.

3. Live Commerce Operations

• Support the planning and daily execution of TikTok LIVE sessions.
• Coordinate products, pricing, vouchers, samples and promotional mechanics for live sessions.
• Work closely with hosts and the Live team to identify hero products and improve live conversion.
• Track live performance including GMV, viewers, CTR, conversion rate and sales per hour.

4. Affiliate & Creator Support

• Support TikTok affiliate operations, including product seeding and affiliate campaign setup.
• Identify products suitable for affiliate activation.
• Coordinate samples and promotional offers for creators.
• Track creator/affiliate sales and identify high-performing creators for further activation.

5. Performance & Data Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly TikTok Shop performance reports.
• Track key metrics including GMV, orders, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and product performance.
• Analyse performance by SKU, campaign, live session and promotional mechanic.
• Identify underperforming areas and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions and TikTok beauty trends.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Brand & Strategy on product launches and campaign priorities.
• Coordinate with Content and Video teams to ensure sufficient TikTok content support.
• Work with Supply Chain/Warehouse to maintain sufficient stock for campaigns and live selling.
• Coordinate with Finance on promotional budgets, platform charges and reconciliation where required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop or marketplace operations preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of TikTok Seller Center is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and daily performance data.
• Good understanding of TikTok content, LIVE and affiliate ecosystems.
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Fast-moving, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
