Full Time Credit Loan Operations Officer-Analyst | Up to 5.5k Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

1. Reviewing legal documentation under bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals.
2. Able to accurately interpret the Facility Agreement in determining allowance of requested transactions.
3. Examine customer's utilization requests relating to bilateral and syndication loan credit facilities and ensure that facility limits and all conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement.
4. Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers and collection of principal repayments and interest payments for both bilateral and syndicated loans.
5. Interact with Relationship Managers when required in following up on outstanding matters and/or documentation from them.
6. Perform AML / KYC checks.
7. Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements.
8. Ensure proper record and safe keeping of loan related documents.
9. Processing of Bank Guarantees/ Standly Letter of Credits.
10. Preparation of local, regulatory and Head Office reports.
11. Work with IT Teams on system upgrades, UAT roll outs.
12. Take on work related projects and other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

1. Degree holder
2. 3 or more years of working experience in handling credit documentation and loan administration
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
6. Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
7. Pleasant personality, good working attitude and proactive
