Project Manager

Willing to support outsourcing project around Klang Valley

• Lead projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and key deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and project constraints.
• Clearly assign responsibilities and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Conduct project meetings andprovide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and decision registers.
• Coordinate key project activities including requirements, development, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Work with vendors and third-party partners where applicable.
• Support senior management with project updates and reporting.
• Drive outstanding actions through to closure and ensure smooth project completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably within banking, financial services or enterprise technology.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, coordination and execution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good experience in risk, issue and dependency management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
