We are retained and partnering a highly recognised global retail consumer brand to appoint a Regional Sales Planning leader, based in Singapore.

Job Description

This strategic regional leadership role is responsible for driving sales planning excellence across Asia Pacific, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong commercial performance, inventory optimisation, and sustainable revenue growth across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Working closely with Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams, the successful candidate will lead regional planning cycles, develop data-driven forecasting models, identify growth opportunities and business risks, and establish best-in-class planning processes across multiple APAC markets.

The Successful Applicant

The role requires a commercially minded leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment in a dynamic, multi-country environment. Ideal candidates will bring significant experience in sales planning, demand planning, commercial planning, or retail operations within consumer, retail, fashion, FMCG, or omnichannel businesses, coupled with a strong track record of leading regional teams and transformation initiatives across APAC.
