- Engage & mentor identified students
- Provide guidance, counselling & support
- Conduct student intervention programmes
- Organise student engagement activities
- Monitor students’ progress and well-being
- Work closely with school staffs & parents
Requirements
- Diplomain Social/Youth Work or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant social/youth work experience
- Experience in school/community settings preferred
- Able to develop & deliver youth programmes
- Strong student engagement & partnership-building skills
- Able to assess needs and develop intervention plans
- Good programme monitoring & evaluation skills
- Strong teamwork, organisation & adaptability
- Able to handle
- confidential and sensitive matters professionally
- Able to work calmly under pressure, especially during live school events
