Full Time Head of AI Capabilities Jobs, in Charterhouse Partnership - Maukerja

A large, complex enterprise organisation is looking for a senior, hands-on AI Engineering Leader

The role owns the strategy, architecture and delivery of reusable enterprise AI services across AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, optimisation, digital twins, IoT and conversational analytics, and it leads a team of AI engineers, ML engineers and data scientists.

Looking for:

️ Long track record in AI, having built and shipped everything from traditional ML models to LLM and agent-based solutions

️ Experience growing and leading sizeable teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in large organisations

️ Strong technical judgement on agent design, RAG and how to evaluate and monitor AI in production

️ Has put in place the operating model around AI, including deployment, monitoring, governance and Responsible AI

️ Commercially minded, able to prioritise use cases by value and make the case to senior leadership
