Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support project delivery by managing daily tasks, preparing tender submissions, and coordinating vendor contracts to ensure timely and accurate project progress reporting.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior team members to manage and deliver project tasks effectively on a daily basis
Provide clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the Section Head to support decision-making
Assist in preparing tender submissions by sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts to vendors to meet project requirements
Actively manage project deadlines and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree qualification
Proficient computer literacy to support project management tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
