The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. You will be the first point of contact for clients needing vehicle service or repair. Your primary goal is to build trust, accurately assess customer needs, recommend necessary maintenance and repairs, and ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum: SPM/STPM or equivalent
• Preferred: Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering

· Experience:

• Most roles require Three to four years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
• Ablility to work on Weekend and PH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Singaporean, permarnent Resident and alaysian preffered.
