Full Time Chief Technology Officer (AI - Digital) Jobs, in Chamrun Digital Group Selangor - Maukerja

About the role

We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead our AI strategy and delivery. You'll work closely with the CEO to turn business goals into technology and AI initiatives, own client relationships from discovery to delivery, and make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the company's digital and AI strategy and roadmap, aligned with the CEO's priorities.
• Lead client discovery, solution design and pitches, and manage key client relationships throughout delivery.
• Oversee delivery of AI and digital projects, including AI assistants, automation and agentic solutions, through internal teams and external partners.
• Scope projects, estimate timelines and resources, set pricing, and prepare proposals and statements of work.
• Select technologies and vendors, and own solution architecture and the technology stack.
• Ensure data privacy, security and responsible AI practices on every project.
• Track project performance, budgets and client satisfaction, and report regularly to the CEO.
• Manage strategic partnerships and certifications (e.g. OpenAI, Meta, MDEC).
• Hire, lead and develop digital and AI talent.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of emerging AI technologies.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in software, including senior technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering large software and AI projects into production.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Confident client-facing experience: discovery, pitching, scoping and managing expectations.
• Commercial awareness, including pricing, budgets and project profitability.
• Solid understanding of modern AI (LLMs, agents, automation) and cloud platforms, with enough hands-on depth to review architecture and code.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security and AI regulation.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
