Responsibilities
Our established client within the public healthcare industry is seeking to hire an Assistant Manager, Workflow Improvement.
5 days office hours
Established Organization within the Public Healthcare Sector
Annual AWS + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities:
Assist in the operations of the Community Care Team to promote healthy lifestyles among residents through various community initiatives.
Collaborate with community partners to ensure comprehensive health support for residents and coordinate operational activities.
Contribute to operational planning, data analysis, and monitoring of workload and key performance indicators.
Identify and implement improvements in community operations to enhance care quality and resident experience, including piloting new programs and technology solutions.
Manage resident feedback, collaborating with stakeholders to address concerns and uncover service gaps.
Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
Prior experience in data management and workflow improvement is advantageous.
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders within the healthcare field.
Demonstrated sense of responsibility with the ability to manage complaints and feedback effectively.
