Full Time Senior Application Engineer – SaaS - Microsoft Power Platform Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Times Management Consultant Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Engineer to lead the selection, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of SaaS and enterprise applications.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions, drive application roadmaps, and deliver projects that improve operational efficiency and digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SaaS application management, operations, and service delivery
• Own application roadmaps, backlogs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead end-to-end application projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and UAT
• Manage vendor relationships, assessments, renewals, and governance
• Drive automation, digitisation, and business process improvements
• Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for application-related issues
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with business objectives

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7–8 years’ experience in application management and operations
• 2–3 years’ experience in a senior/lead capacity
• Strong experience in requirements analysis and end-to-end project delivery
• Experience managing vendors and stakeholder engagement across business and IT
• 1–2 years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Integration Services
• 1–2 years’ experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools
• ITIL and Service Desk experience
• Microsoft Power Platform certification is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
