Location: PRISM+ IOI Mall Puchong

Job Description:

• Understand customer needs and help them select the most suitable products.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and present it to customers in an engaging manner.
• Follow up with customers to offer guidance on their product choices.
• Create eye-catching product displays and promotional setups.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Foster meaningful interactions to build positive relationships with customers.
• Offer constructive feedback to the retail and management teams for improvement.
• Achieve daily targets and accurately submit sales and end-of-day reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
• Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.
• Eager to learn and grasp the technical specifications of consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
