Responsibilities
Location: Clementi / Tuas (Transport Provided)
Basic Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,600 + OT
Gross Salary: Up to S$3,000/month
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sat 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Contract: 1 Year – Renewable
Yearly Increment: Performance-based
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with customers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams on shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
Prepare and handle daily delivery and shipment documentation.
Assist customers with stock enquiries and provide updates on shipment and delivery schedules.
Liaise closely with the warehouse team to coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor shipment status and follow up on any delays or outstanding matters.
Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports.
Ensure accurate records and proper documentation for daily logistics activities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, shipping or administration will be an advantage.
Comfortable liaising with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
