Role Description The Internship Training Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role is responsible for coordinating internship training programs, including scheduling sessions, managing participant enrollment, and ensuring training materials and facilities are prepared. The Internship Training Coordinator will liaise with trainers, interns, and partner organizations to support smooth program delivery and effective communication. Daily tasks include tracking attendance and training progress, maintaining accurate records, collecting feedback from participants, and supporting continuous improvement of internship and training offerings. The role also involves assisting with reporting on program outcomes and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall learner experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development to manage program logistics and support curriculum delivery.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with interns, trainers, and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Training and Employee Training to help implement and monitor internship learning activities.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
  • Previous experience in training coordination, education, or HR support is beneficial but not strictly required.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
