About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Sales Support, Warehouse, and Store teams.

This role is responsible for ensuring all daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of the overall operational flow, coordinate across departments, resolve issues, and continuously improve systems, SOPs, workflows, productivity, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily operations across Sales Support, Warehouse, and Store.

2. Ensure customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and documentation are handled accurately.

3. Oversee stock receiving, picking, packing, checking, stock transfer, stock take, and inventory control.

4. Monitor stock accuracy, shortages, damaged stock, replenishment, returns, and warranty matters.

5. Coordinate customer order fulfilment, delivery schedules, driver routes, couriers, and outlet deliveries.

6. Manage store and warehouse arrangement, stock placement, and overall organization.

7. Lead and monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, discipline, and manpower planning.

8. Ensure all teams follow company SOPs, workflows, and operational standards.

9. Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.

10. Propose and implement better systems, processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy.

11. Monitor operational KPIs, costs, overtime, stock losses, and overall performance.

12. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to Management.

13. Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Accounts, Retail, and Management.

14. Handle operational issues, make timely decisions, and ensure corrective action is taken.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. Preferred CGPA 3.80 and above.

3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, warehouse, store, logistics, or inventory management.

4. Proven experience managing multiple teams or departments.

5. Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Good knowledge of inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and logistics.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

8. Experience with AutoCount, ERP, or inventory systems is an advantage.

9. Organized, proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
