Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of customers, build and maintain strong relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions. The role involves monitoring account performance, analyzing customer needs, and providing regular updates and reports. The Account Executive will also support marketing and sales initiatives, participate in client meetings and presentations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and account coordination.
• Proficiency in sales activities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use CRM or similar systems to track account activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial services sector is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
