Full Time HR Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in TAIHAN CABLE & SOLUTION CO., LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a HR Executive to support ourday-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role covering recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, work pass matters and general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, leave, attendance and overtime.
• Manage recruitment activities from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and related foreign worker matters.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, salary and allowance verification.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance and staff welfare matters.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, notices and other documentation.
• Liaise with employees, management, government agencies and external vendors.
• Support general administrative duties and company activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment requirements.
• Experience with Infotech HRMS or other HR management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Candidates with a short or immediate notice period are preferred.
