Job Summary
Support event planning and execution by developing proposals, coordinating with service providers, and managing customer interactions to deliver successful event experiences.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events to meet client objectives and timelines
Develop proposals and creative concepts to enhance event engagement
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless event delivery
Assist event producers by sourcing and evaluating quotations for services and supplies
Schedule appointments, manage registrations, and process payments to support event logistics
Deliver excellent customer service to foster positive client and attendee experiences
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold housekeeping standards during events
Participate in internal training to enhance skills related to event activities
