Delivery Operations Executive

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month
Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week

Koko Delivery is looking for a reliable, proactive and organised Operations Executive to manage our daily delivery operations and driver manpower.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people and making sure things get done.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily and upcoming driver manpower based on delivery volume
• Prepare driver schedules and ensure sufficient drivers are arranged in advance
• Coordinate drivers and monitor daily delivery operations
• Handle driver shortages, delays and last-minute operational issues
• Recruit and maintain a reliable pool of freelance/part-time drivers
• Communicate with drivers, clients and management on operational matters
• Track driver reliability, performance and delivery issues
• Follow up on problems until they are resolved

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Proactive — able to identify problems before they become urgent
• Comfortable making day-to-day decisions independently
• Communicates early when there is a potential issue
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment
• Does not require constant reminders or follow-ups
• Experience in logistics, delivery, dispatch or operations preferred
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week

What Success Looks Like

We don't expect everything to go perfectly every day. Deliveries change, drivers can be unavailable and unexpected problems happen.

What matters is that you plan ahead, communicate early and actively work towards a solution rather than waiting for someone else to solve it.
