Full Time Team Leader Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Banglo Kita (Ampang) Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible Team Leader to join our team at Smoked Kingdom by Don Daniyal, Ayer 8, Putrajaya. The Team Leader will assist in managing daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the team to achieve operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, supervise, and support team members during operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work performance.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet standards are maintained.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Train and guide new team members when required.
• Assist the Outlet Manager with daily reports and other operational tasks.
• Handle operational issues and escalate matters to the management when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B or a similar supervisory role.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
