Full Time Site Engineer (Residential Building Construction) (3bxVKA) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in Erast Pte Ltd Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

Join as a Site Engineer based in Ubi, supporting residential building projects on a permanent basis. The role follows a 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday (8.30am–6pm) and Saturday (9am–1pm), with a salary package comprising Basic Salary + AWS.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential building projects in line with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to support smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Monitor civil, structural and architectural works, including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, tiling and finishing works.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and work with consultants and relevant parties to resolve technical issues on site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship, materials and construction activities meet project quality standards and requirements.
• Track project progress, manpower and material requirements, and provide updates on site status, delays and potential risks.
• Ensure site works comply with approved safety procedures, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, progress updates, RFIs, defect lists, testing records and handover documents.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Design Software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
