About The Job
- Strategic HR Leadership & Local Ownership, serve as the strategic HR partner for regional leadership and in-country lead for Malaysia, driving people priorities through business transformation.
- Cultural Alignment & Change Management, embed refreshed values, new ways of working, and seamless change management during a joint-venture integration.
- Talent Development & Leadership Coaching, lead succession planning and executive coaching to strengthen leadership capabilities, boost performance, and develop talent.
- Data-Driven People Solutions, collaborate with specialist HR functions to leverage workforce insights and deliver tailored employee experience, career, and total rewards programs.
- Governance & Employee Relations, manage ongoing employee relations while ensuring strict adherence to Malaysian labour laws and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, minimum 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience within a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated success in executive coaching, organisational change, and aligning HR strategy with broader business goals.
- Functional Expertise & Governance, deep knowledge of culture transformation, employee experience, and local (Malaysian) employment law and HR practices.
- Data-Driven & Commercial Acumen, high analytical capability with a solution-focused approach, using data storytelling to solve complex business challenges.
- Self-starter with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, thriving in performance and care-driven cultures.
