Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Responsible for the day to day supervision of a team of installaters on site. Directing task to ensure that all works completed are on time and completed to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
Effectively communicate requirement to an assigned team of installer.
Monitoring workload and providing solutions to ensure targets are met.
Manage the quality outputs of all installers, offering feedback where required and continually encouraging improvements.
Estimate material requirement along with man-power and wastages.
Maintain the quality control of materials and products within your area of responsibility.
Ensure materials and processed products coming into the department meet quality requirements prior to commencement of further works
Ensure all material or product that is substandard is quarantined and cannot be mistakenly used.
Report on a daily basis on progress of jobs and raise early alert of risk of not meeting deadlines.
General housekeeping of all areas, walkways, store etc
