Job Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and attend to customers in the store.

• Promote and recommend products according to customers’ needs.

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

• Demonstrate and explain product usage and features.

• Provide information and promote the company’s Extended Warranty Program.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales service.

• Assist in receiving merchandise and conducting inventory counts.

• Maintain and arrange the showroom displays.

• Assist in cashiering duties when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.

• Retail sales experience in electrical or IT products is an added advantage.

• Service-oriented with a pleasant and cheerful personality.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and customer service.

• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
