Role Description

The BDE & Marketing Intern will support both business development and marketing activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, assisting in outreach to potential clients, and supporting sales presentations and follow-ups. The intern will help conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends, and assist in developing basic marketing strategies and campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, maintaining customer records, and providing responsive customer service to enhance client satisfaction. This position offers exposure to both sales and marketing functions in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to perform Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development for targeted campaigns.
• Interest in Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and support for closing opportunities.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity about AI, software solutions, and digital transformation; prior exposure to B2B environments is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Singapore and commitment to a full-time internship schedule.
