Full Time M-A Lawyer Jobs, in Taylor Root - Maukerja

Our client is an established local mid-sized law firm who are looking to bring on an associate/senior associate to their M&A team. You will advise state-owned entities, MNCs and SMEs across the region on cross-border M&A transactions and FDI into emerging markets. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting multi-jurisdictional matters with a friendly team.

Requirements

• Singapore Qualified (2-5 PQE)
• Transactional M&A experience and open to picking up other areas of Corporate work
• Prior experience with fundraising and foreign direct investment is advantageous
• Other regional language skills (eg. Vietnamese, Bahasa) are helpful but not necessary
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
