Job Summary

Manage drafting, project execution, and coordination with contractors and workers to ensure timely completion of site works and accurate processing of claims and payments.

Responsibilities

• Draft technical drawings and update movement logs to maintain accurate project documentation
• Manage project execution by coordinating main contractors, factories, and worker allocation for site works
• Submit drawings and related documents to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and progress tracking
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of progressive claims and payment responses to installers and subcontractors
• Oversee site operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
