Full Time Business Analyst – Capital Markets Operations (Contract) Jobs, in Argyll Scott - Maukerja

Our client, a leading organisation in financial services, is seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst to lead end-to-end delivery of a major change initiative within Markets and Securities Services Operations. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced delivery professional comfortable operating in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation and closure
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Manage scope, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and change control, escalating through governance as needed
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, operations, and third parties
• Establish and run project governance including steering updates, status reporting, and decision logs
• Coordinate delivery across workstreams — requirements, design, build, testing, and rollout
• Track and manage budget, resourcing, and capacity, flagging constraints early
• Ensure delivery meets control expectations (risk, compliance, audit, data/privacy, operational readiness), with evidence captured

What You'll Need

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally financial services
• Strong project management capability — planning, RAID, governance, reporting, stakeholder management
• Experience across front-to-back Markets & Securities Services processes (Product, Operations, Technology, Product Control, Risk/Controls)
• Track record delivering business, regulatory, and/or technology change, with understanding of operating model impacts
• Confident communicator, able to influence across levels and drive decisions at pace
• Strong risk and control awareness, comfortable operating within formal governance standards
• Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred
